where do we find how to use table software to make bets,raise,fold,check etc

Alfie... Welcome... You have a common problem. Some ideas to help easier play, learned from using the site and with help from others.

Firstly..... Read the rules which are posted. It will help a lot

in general though......

1) there is a 'reset to 1000' at the top of the table selection screen (the 'blue' screen)
2) use the 'autoblind' facility - check/tick the box at lower left
3) DON'T wait for the clock, play speedily.
3) use the various bottons at the bottom to keep play moving
4) Chat to others using the 'white' chat line below the scrolling bet history at lower right. Just place cursor over the line and type. Use ONLY lower case. Upper case is forbidden and considered abusive. There is also a limit of about 60 characters so keep it brief. Above all, keep it friendly, it is much more fun.
5) When leaving a table, always 'stand up' first, unless you've been wiped out, in which case the table will vacate your seat automatically. If no more chips see 'reset to 1000 above and start again.
6) If in doubt, ask... most players will gladly offer advice and help.

Thanx for taking the trouble to respond. Thought I was just being a bit thick in the head but the more I think about it it's not too obvious.

The site would benefit from a new player corner where we could get the basics explained. Only option now is to join a table and disrupt play learning.

Perhaps you have found a vocation as a scripwriter?
