Hi pplz,

When I select a table, the poker table opens although the screen is too large, I cannot see all of the table. This did not used to be a problem as i could right click and change the setting to 83% (allowing me to see the whole screen and bet/fold buttons).

However, having tried a few things I am unable to now reduce the size.

Hope this makes sense and any techincal bods that can help would be much appreciated.

Cheers,

zix

By using a modified version of the URL of the tables,
you can have the table scaled at the size of the window
(be it larger or smaller than the default size)

The links in the lobby generate this kind of URL with fixed size tables:

http://games.justforfunsoftware.com/popup/clientflashobject_poker.asp?sw=0&uid=****&c =57&host=games.justforfunsoftware.com&port=20412&lang=0&u=****&p=****

where port=20412 identifies the port of NLHE table 1,
u=**** and p=**** specify your username and password,
(uid=**** is just a numeric id equivalent to your username,
you can ignore this one for what follows...)

By using the following form of URL instead,
you can access tables in window scaled size:

http://games.justforfunsoftware.com/popup/jffpokerbitmap.swf?FlashVars=http://games.j ustforfunsoftware.com/popup/poker/tablesettingsavatar.asp&host=games.justforfunsoftwa re.com&port=20412&username=****&password=****

Here, username=**** and password=**** are the replacement
for u=**** and p=**** in the previous form of URL.

Every table has a different port number.
Also, the WC table uses the server games2.justforfunsoftware.com
instead of the server games.justforfunsoftware.com,
hence the URL form above needs to be changed in two places for this table.

Username and/or password contains illegal characters

This is what I find when I open this link. What does this mean Bat. I have the opposite problem, new computer and the table is too small and can't seem to make it larger.

Thanks

It goes without saying that you should replace the asterisks
with your username and password, as well as adapt the port number
to the targetted table.

Also This URL opens the table scaled to window size,
so it works both way, whether you want the table smaller or larger.
The x/y aspect ratio will stay the same however.

Small ?
This is what I get in full height on my screen (3200x1200, 27 inches)...
Can't use the full width because of x/y aspect-ratio preservation.
