As H has already said `LEGEND`, I am quitting every week it can get frustrating on here sometimes. But H always manages to talk me out of it with his "SO WHAT !" speech, god ! that guy`s good, `you dont make a million selling choclate fire-gaurds and not have the gift of the gab.Tis a shame Patrick, I often check out the LB and it is continually changing with your good self,Earl,Dev, Sunny,GT and F/finn, looking like a good battle.
And also still not sure if you have ever played in a team, but as we wonder through our poker life`s we should taste all things along the way. Like OMAHA.....YUK !....but also team play there aint a better feeling than building up a big stack only to give half of it away to your
cloth eared captain whos lost 80% of his chips on some failed 7 2 off Bluff.
If you change your mind Pat ....delete this thread and give the DEALERS a call........you can have my place......I`M QUITTING !

It was 7 4 off actually.

We love you Pat. Don't go, please.

I dont know Patrick , nor have i ever spoke to him. When i first came to this site i noticed a lot of people gave him crap at the tables, mostly i think for not speaking and taking all there chips.
I watched him and used what i learned to get myself enough chips to get to the tourney tables where my real education began and is still ongoing .Whether you like the man or his method of play is really of no consequence, the fact that he has maintained a spot near the top of the leader board should speak well enough for his ability to play and win. Anytime we lose a player of his caliper, its not a good thing. Good luck in whatever you do Patrick and thanks for the lessons.

Your sentiments seconded chefbuddy... :) I also learned a lot watching Pat.

I once got a ":)" from him after a particularly lucky river. No animosity in the man, choosing a quiet approach is fine with me. I chat when all chat and respect silence when that is the table approach. Especially in tourneys.

Good luck to you Patrick if going is your chosen option.

Like Cheffy, thanks for the education... :o)

I'm sad to hear that you're leaving Pat. I know that there's some at the table that give you grief but I just thought it was all in fun. I have even joked with others about leaving you alone, that you're a friend of mine :)

Kind of curious though; would the reason being that you're leaving have anything to do with the new tables? Just wondering. Of course you don't have to answer that hun, I'm used to it........hehe

Going to miss you at the turbo tables.

Hahahaha, looks like you got into the deep end hug bro. Volunteering for team cleaning duties and pompom practices have helped others who got entangled with a foot in a mouth moments. I have to confess though...I am not sure of the cloth eared ones temper, my cross-dressing cap is happy with new stage set for a YMCA re-enactment or nice pair of Prada shoes.

My two cents to help....I wish I will play now at least some friendlies the coming year....;-))
