Just back from being marched around shops for 8 + hours both yesterday and today ,not one alcoholic drink consumed, due to previous adverse weather conditions it appeared that everyone else had the same idea, is it just me thats getting fed up with this annual madness?

Any ideas for what to get a 40 something lady for Xmas, was thinking about something practical like and iron or hoover (ladies please take this as it was intended, a joke).

Was telling my mate that I got my credit card stolen, he asked if I had informed the Police, I said, are you joking the thief is spending less than my wife! ah the old ones are the best. (Blah blah blah)

Takes me an hour after i decide to go to bed, just to switch all these crimbo lights off. I feel sccottish power is the only true winner of christmas!!

You blokes up north don't know how lucky you are - all that lovely white fresh deep snow to play in, whilst we (in the southern hemisphere) have to suffer through another 30 degree day, clad only in singlet and shorts, sitting out by the beach and being forced to watch skimpily clad babes frollick on the beach whilst drinking cold beer - god how I envy you!!
