I posted this on a private aviation forum, had some very interesting replies.
Personally, Hong Kong's old Kai Tak airport was the most dangerous I had ever made an approach to.
The fact that runway 13, the normal active runway; never had a workable ILS in place, speaks for the over all difficulty.
Heres how the landing would go:
Thread between buildings at outer marker.

600 ft above ground steep turn at Checker Hill, middle marker.

Final Approach at 150 ft above ground after the turn.
