Emil with reference to yuor reply in Inactivity time out on Monday 14th April I queued at table 1 for 1 hour and 12 mins the reason being
(1) There was at least 5 waiting sometimes it got as high as 10 waiting
(2) I got hit by 3 Inactivity Time outs whilst i was in the que each time I had to rejoin at the back of the que.
So you see there is a problem, so mush so that reqularly I broadcast for people in the que to wiggle cursor and send messsage to avoid time out.

Johnny,
I thought the only way to reset the timer was to type every so often (within 15 mins) and it would reset. Then after Emils reply I tested the clicking on the screen. It worked fo me as far as I know. I was working with someone to try and get them through this "connection" issue that so many are having and wasn't very consistant in my test but it seemed to work. So options-
A) type in chat box every 14mins 59secs B) click on screen every 14mins 59 secs (not just wiggle mouse)
