Hi all,
This thread should help u with most connection issues.
ISSUE 1 - Click on table and either get a red screen with a little "x" in top corner or say "connecting to server" on bottom but never does.
The fix
1. Uninstall Adobe Flash Player
Click this link - http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157&sliceId=1
Scroll down to, and click on, "uninstall_flash_player.exe"
Click "Run"
Click "Run"
Click "Yes"
Click "Close"
2. Shutdown and restart
3. Install new Flash Player.
Click this link - http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
Scroll to and click "Agree and install now"
Allow Internet Explorer to install the ActiveX
Click "Install"
4. Log into poker.
5. Click on a table
6. You are done!

ISSUE 2 - You try to log in but screen goes white.
The Fix
Simple method - Disable ur firewall. U can re-enable it after u log in.
More difficult - U can play with ur firewall setting to allow this site but the method is different on all firewalls.

This post will not help with the current issue with site. It seems that plugin poker is down. No idea on when it will be back. Sorry :-( May I suggest the msn games with one of ur contacts? Been having fun with them today.

is anyone else having problems either connecting to the forum or being able to put messages into it? i've been getting problems with it for a couple hours now but it's nothing to do with my connectivity.

i have a problem when i go to open a table while at work the table opens and then the connecting to server appears and then just idles there. has anyone got any ideas to get around it

try updating ur flash player at adobe. The most current version is 9.0.124.0. U can find ur version, and test it here http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_15507&sliceId=1
U can also try pressing "F5" which will refresh the screen. Or of course the refresh button if u open in I.E.
If u need to install current version u can follow the first post of this thread.

found that pressing F5 doesn't refresh the screen with firefox but Ctrl + F5 does folks.

everytime i log in it works fime but when i go to enter a table it says error on page every time i never used to have a problem. Is this my com or the site.
