G'day,
Not very good with computers but I have tried uninstalling flash player and installing the new one as well as turning off firewall. But when I try joining a table it still says connecting to server but never connects. I do not have this problem on my computer at home but only at university on my laptop which runs through a network. Could this have something to do with it?

Make sure you shut down and restart after uninstalling. This step is very important.

Yeah I tried that still a no go.......I have chips burning a hole in my pocket and am dying for my poker fix :) oh well guess I will have to wait lol. Thanks anyway

I am really upset! I play one tourney! I waited over an hour for the next tourney and I even went out and came back and it would not let me sit down and I had 4851 in chips!!! Why was this? It is not fair!!!

Also I have never had any connections anywhere else on other sites or games even in poker room. I am beginning to feel not welcome, like person said in rudeness people do not treat everyone equally! A man wins they say nh, I win and they will not talk to me.

sexyhot2trot I am sorry for the lack of friendship shown to you. Not all chat or recognise a politeness. We have fun people and polite people on site and you may have found a table of morons. Please call again and I am sure you will find it can be fun. By the way what country are you from?

thank you coolhand my login screen has been white alot on laptop and didnt understand why other modes made fun and told me my laptop was junk lol they could have mentioned firewall lol i just upgraded anti virus lol had not worked since and didnt link the 2

it stoped going white and doin what it did before now (whenever i clik on tables it goes back to login)

It could of just started because perhaps your firewall updated. Try disabling. If your handy you can add the site to your "allowed" or "safe" list (whatever your firewall calls it). As far as how to do ANYTHING on a Mac....I know nothing about Mac other that when I got a spare hard drive from E-bay, it was formatted for Mac (didn't read ad well enough) and I had to take it to a comp store and have them wipe it for me.

Minimise your poker table window from 100% to about 90%.....
This helps with being able to chat at the tables :)

wen you open your web page at the top there are your tool bars that companys like google and yahoo add your web page has to many close one line down it should work after that

also i am having great difficulty in getting onto your site i cant seem to log in it just stays on login screen
the game window is massive compared to the other day and its taking 10mins to load up when i do finally get into play it is so slow im asked to bet on hands i cant even see yet are there changes being made to the site that are coursing these problems? is there some way to improve this so i can enjoy cards im at the end of my patience with this,
this is now the second time im writing this as the first post refused to be sent is this a problem my end or yours please help if you can either way im not internet clever and dont understand what is wrong or how to fix it myself

What version of flash player do you have? When the table finally opens, right click and you should see something like "About Adobe". Also what type of system do you have. Such as Mac with Mozilla or Windows XP. If its a Mac, Your SOL with me. Totally clueless.

the version I have is 9,0,124,0. Try following the steps on the beginning of this thread and hopefully it will work for you. Start from "ISSUE 1". Make sure to follow steps completely such as if it says to shut down, shut down. I hope it works for you.
