I've only been disconnected once in all the time I have been playing. Yesterday, march 14 the whole site went down for a few minutes. I understand this will happen once in a great while.. no problem. I was on the omaha 12k table, in round 2 or 3 and we all lost our 12k chips. Too bad, so sad? Or is there some way I can get them back.

Unfortunately guys all chips go to the MODs Christmas Fund when the site crashed.

Seriously, there are no refunds if the site crashes
