for those of you that missed it, leftyloo played in the gold cup finals today, she made a very impressive showing, and was on pace to kick some butt, til her full house came up against quads, (the only hand that could have beat her), and derailed her completely, but she is truly a winner, and represented famously. Sorry I didn't see this. After my last finals match I rushed to work and everything that could go wrong had gone wrong (and then some). Had to dash around like a mad banshee to set things right again.
I still can't believe I made it to the final table :D

Picking a name is never easy. Anyone had the pleasure of naming a baby would attest to that. Seems to me the name of a team should reflect one or more of the following:

In honor of a founding member
Team locale
Team philosophy
Manner the team would conduct itself

Well then we have picked the perfect name, everyone knows that Pez is a well known MORTAL and i myself have heard that Lefty is very HOT. It is also been a well established fact that Bry is a great lover of the SAUCE.

P.s.
For you newbies, most of those names have a history with the reps. There is, for instance, a running joke (or legend, depending on who you talk to) that we play bottomless with our lucky undies on our heads. Kiwipez has a device he calls a Dongle, which apparently helps you get on the net almost anywhere. Unfortunately, pez's Dongle has been known to be "temperamental" and sometimes needs some manipulation to get started.
We all think that's hilarious..for completely juvenile reasons.

Since Lola has been m.i.a. I think you are head honcho now....maybe with jd as your sidekick (or sucker punch, or something). We have a tradition of a trinity of leadership, so if Lolapop stays missing, she can play the part of the holy ghost.

Lefty darlin,, before our Lolapop headed off on her world tour and mosh pit organizing , she approached me with this ideal. I told her that i wouldnt mind because this team means a lot to me, but i am captain of the USA2 team in the WC and i dont want to do a half ass job of it.

I will do it if the team wants but would gladly step aside if someone else is willing, at any rate i will need some help. Jenn as always has said she would help me but she is working now so may not be available as much as last season.

Jenn is starting a new msn group for our team so anyone who gets an invite please respond asap, we will use this to keep in touch, tell lies and story's of our great victory's at the tables.

Lastly, i,m not sure at what times most of our team is available, so if everyone would please post what the best days and times are for you i will make me a cheat sheet to better book the games. This works well for me on USA2 and kept the confusion down to a minimum. Definitely gonna need some help from you Lefty when you can, and everyone needs to hit the omaha tables , i,m sure its gonna be a part of the league and we only have four omaha players that i know of so get crackin boys and girls.

I do know my days off ahead of time, and I have a lot of them, but I'm also called in at a moment's notice quite frequently. So it's hard to plan for those.
