want to check if sitout players are eliminated at the start of a hand, or when their acting turn comes to them.
Now, I know that a sitout player is eliminated at the end of the hand
where the system made him a forced fold.
In the exemple below from tourney TH6k #47434 (Thu Feb 11, from 18:58 to 19:30 FR)
kevo86 is sitout on seat 4 with 325 chips.
The system makes him autopost a big blind 50.
He is allowed by passive opponents to see a free flop.
Despite small blind checking on flop, the system will not allow kevos86 to check.
He's forced to auto-fold instead.
At the end of the hand, he's forced to stand with his 275 chips left.
