League appeals, complaints and discipline

New Procedures and Guidelines for all Complaints and Appeals related to The Free Poker Room League

1. Complaints MUST be sent via email to the committee by using any of the addresses of the committee members or the committee address that is posted at the start of this thread. (please bare in mind you can use any address as they will always get forwarded on to all Committee Members)

2. Upon delivery of the complaint there will be a reply stating that we have received it and that we will be looking into the matter.

3. If it is a problem that relates to the whole team, then each member of the team will receive a copy of the committee's ruling.

4. If there is an Appeal to any decision or ruling that the committee has made, then it must be made within 7 days of receiving the committees notification.

The Committee is here to help all members of the league. Any correspondence that we receive will remain private and confidential. Nothing will be discussed by any member of the committee publicly .......unless it is in the best interests of the league to do so.

This thread will only be used to show members the procedures and guidelines..... and to show members our contact details. The only exception will be made, if the matter has consequences for all members of the league or to the way the league operates, then we will publish our decision or ruling on this thread.

Therefore this thread will be locked.
