Not sure if you are aware, but the poster you reference is to the movie called "Team America." If you have not seen it, it is absoulutely hallarious !! Give it a try (rental, it came out years ago).
PS: Do NOT see it with your kids. Its a "very bad" adult-like movie, with puppets as the characters.
