I have put together a tentative World Cup fixtures which I will put on this thread when the teams are confirmed (1st Jan) but thought I should post the first round of fixtures so tables can be booked and opposition organised.
So the first round will run from 11 Jan 10 to 24 Jan 10 with the following matches to be played:
Australia vs US 2
US 1 vs Beaudutch
Canada vs Macedonia
Europe 2 vs Celts 1
Celts 2 vs Europe 1
England 2 vs England 1
Home team to organise, so get contacting guys (and girls).

13 is that it? 13, c'mon guys, you all know other players, dont let GP do all the work, if you only have 13 thats ONE team, which means only 5 of you will play at any one time - I dont think you want that do you? I think you all want to play, I think you all want to win - correct?

Well if you do, your going about it the wrong way - you need a minimum of 14 for 2 teams - so in the next 6 days between the 13 known team members you need to find at least one more player!! That shouldnt be hard, you have 304,059,711 to choose from!!

You know, the rest of the world takes comfort in beating the Americans, do YOU want them to do that, I doubt it, so act like a team, recruit, prepare and WIN!!!!

If you have 14, that's 2 teams (of 5) with 2 subs each, that's what I thought you were aiming for, after all England, Europe and the Celts have 2 teams each.
