Slight problem, after receiving a complaint it appears you used 2 unregistered players in the match against Macedonia, they being Brainbox and crazyman, I can find registration for Brainbox dated 27th April 2010 but nothing for crazy man. Please respond here or to me at scottyslaney@hotmail.com.
The rules state:
Un-registered Players or Players not eligible to play
Any player that joins a team after the cut off date ( the cut off date is the start date of the round) cannot play until the following round.

For example: a player who joins a team on the 14th January (during round 1) is unable to play until round 2 (after 25th Jan).
Player registration: A player who has not registered for the league as a sub cannot play and if he/she plays they will be awarded 0 points and placed in first out position. A team that fields more than one unregistered player will forfeit 15 points which will then be awarded to the opposing team. The only possible exception to this is if the opposing Captain approves the use by an opposing team of one player not eligible to play, the opposing Captain should feel no pressure if this player is rejected as the team concerned should have had sufficient time to find a full team (inc subs). The addition of a Player Not Eligible To Play is limited to one (1) player only per team and subs must be used first.

As Brainbox has registered but still shouldn't have played, I believe you only used 1 unregistered player (crazyman) therefore unless you can show just cause the points will be adjusted to

Zam and Macedonia,

I have spoken to Smoggy and MacDaddy this morning and have made a decision, basically as the rules were not displayed anywhere (as you know I was amending them as each problem came up in preparation for the 2011 WC and to ensure it went smoothly)

So I have reverted the scores to what they were at the end of the match - this is 100% my fault, I cannot enforce rules that no-one knows about, so I am the one who stuffed up, please accept my apologies, I just hope you don't come 2nd by 8 points.

The rules are now displayed and I request Zam look over them and if any suggestions (apart from shooting me) come to mind please respond in the thread.

PS crazyman is unlcebulgaria and has played 6 matches for the royals already

2. 1 player asked for registration on 27th of april, played on 28th of April R8 for England Royals

I must admitt the rules arent quite clear on this for me, we have had some games where same thing happend and I was asked if I was oke with a player register l8. So I always would say yes to such a request unless it is a player swapping teams, witch isnt allowed. Graham stated he didnt post the rules on this so I can see his point, but I also find that a unregistrated player shouldnt play...(but the players were registerd?)
(BTW) seen your game it seemed you were all having a nice game and didnt see ant problems?)

Well its not allowed, did you ask this player to shut it down and how you could see this if you didnt have msn on? We always shut it off and i always ask my team to close msn.
Sometimes ppl need there msn on because of personal things and then they ask...
But if you just ask is msn allowed...No only for captains if they agree with oneanother..


Zamlatotina: 4. Macedonia was home team, had to sit first, England Royals sat first, no one of players wanted to stand up on call to stand up. as sign of good will Macedonian team sat second, and made mistake showing a good will, when noticed all irregularitties later!!

Well its not a big crime but one of decensy, in my opinion the home team has the right to sit first and the away team should have stand... but is it a penalty crime, no.


Zamlatotina: so do u BENEDUTCH think that u didnt know nothing about the rules of WC, or u accepted the rules that were part of agreement when all of us agreed when join the WC and all the captains... (and part of team memebers) knew about

We accepted rules we made them with Graham , but the rules were a bit unclear and its the first seison so they got ajusted a bit and will be due to unforseen problems..Its a learning year and process, so next year the cup will have his final rules learning from this kind of problems.
