I can play in the friendly match on the 17th

This weekend is our first official match and it would be nice to have the whole team around to watch. The practice match on sunday will be good practice for our teamates who are new to the league and chef is hoping all will show for this one. Were gonna have a fun season and winning the overall would be cool too.Just remember its about having fun so dont beat yourselves up if you have a bad game. In the league matches even the best players can get knocked out early. I know i've had matches where i got zero good cards. It will happen so don't sweat it. Just do your best and i can't say it enough--- HAVE FUN---. P.S.--- remember to keep practicing at the tourney tables, not the bingo tables, lol. Randy

Thanks Randy,,I spoke with graham yesterday and he said that if we needed we could use a sub from our team, if one of our original 5 cant be there on time,, so please if you can i would like all who can be there to do so,,, we may need you,,also in our match on sunday the 17th with canada we felt that all the new players should play this and we will fill in if needed,,,,,,,,,,, 1 other note, Graham seemed to think that we really didnt stand a chance against the Aussies on sat. the 16th 5 pm est...

well team that was a really good match today. it was very close and i think we all did a good job. and about kris!!! what can i say, he made an amazing comeback and secured a victory for us. and best of all, everyone seemed to have a lot of fun. i'm so happy to be a part of this team, i couldn't have hand picked a better bunch of people to be associated with. Just a reminder--- If you havn't had a chance to read the email Buddy sent out awhile ago, It has some good tips for playing league tourneys. One thing we all need to remember is, If your playing more than about one of every ten hands you are dealt you are either getting very very good pockets or you are being very very impatient!!!!. We all want to have fun here and at the same time we still want to win. So please be patient while playing in a match and dont be afraid to fold even if you are the big blind. After the flop if someone raises your big blind and you have nothing you need to fold. Dont throw good $$$$$ after bad. Randy.

That's 8:00pm for UK, 3:00 eastern time, 12:00pm, Pacific.
