Hi Smoggy / Royals

Slight problem, after receiving a complaint it appears you used 2 unregistered players in the match against Macedonia, they being Brainbox and crazyman, I can find registration for Brainbox dated 27th April 2010 but nothing for crazy man. Please respond here or to me at scottyslaney@hotmail.com.
The rules state:
Un-registered Players or Players not eligible to play
Any player that joins a team after the cut off date ( the cut off date is the start date of the round) cannot play until the following round.

For example: a player who joins a team on the 14th January (during round 1) is unable to play until round 2 (after 25th Jan).
Player registration: A player who has not registered for the league as a sub cannot play and if he/she plays they will be awarded 0 points and placed in first out position. A team that fields more than one unregistered player will forfeit 15 points which will then be awarded to the opposing team. The only possible exception to this is if the opposing Captain approves the use by an opposing team of one player not eligible to play, the opposing Captain should feel no pressure if this player is rejected as the team concerned should have had sufficient time to find a full team (inc subs). The addition of a Player Not Eligible To Play is limited to one (1) player only per team and subs must be used first.

As Brainbox has registered but still shouldn't have played, I believe you only used 1 unregistered player (crazyman) therefore unless you can show just cause the points will be adjusted to

POSTED IN ENGLAND ROYALS AND MACEDONIA TEAM THREADS

After receiving a complaint and many many email and MSN conversations with team captains, I have decided to amend the scores in the match played a few days ago between the England Royals and Macedonia. The previous conversations between MacDaddy/Smoggy and myself are recinded, due to the fact that it quite plainly said at the bottom of the team list for the first 6 rounds of this competition that players who were recruited after the round commenced were not allowed to play in that round. If someone doesn't bother to read these instructions I put on these lists that's not my problem. I have copies of all team lists issued and will publish them if requested to.
The new results will move the Royals from 8th to 6th and they will still retain the win, Macedonia will remain in 2nd place (depending on the Canadian result yet to be played). I urge both Captains and team players to remember this competition is fun and request no further correspondence be initiated.
