Highs: Great looking software, nice MiniViewfeature which allows for easy multitabling, lots of players, microlimit games for new players, some of which are very famous like Annie Duke, Phil Hellmuth and David Devilfish Elliot.
Lows: Many good players are attracted to UltimateBet which can make the games have a higher than average difficulty.

Competition

UltimateBet has for a long time been seen as one of if not the site with the best software. This attracts players that play a lot and want a comfortable environment. Players who play a lot can be a bit more difficult to beat. That said the games are beatable, and at the lower limits and especially microlimits they are easy to beat.

Software

The UltimateBet software is very good with nice and comfortable graphics and a MiniView feature which is useful if you want to play several tables at the same time. You can also take notes on your opponents to remember the ones you enjoy playing with the most.

Game selection

UltimateBet offers a special game that is not available on many other places (if any), namely Crazy Pineapple. Ity is a very exciting game indeed, you should try it! Also they offer all the usual games like Texas Hold'em, 7 card stud, Omaha, and Triple Draw. Triple draw is not available on so many other poker sites either. They also have som variations of those games, of which the most interesting is the Double Flop Texas Hold'em. What is that, you wonder with drool starting coming from your mouth.. It is Normal Texas hold'em, but there are two sets of community cards (2 * 7) on the table of which you can choose which one to use. You should try it, it is funny to get a little diversication from the normal game.

Support

There is no live or phone support but e-mails are usually answered within a couple of minutes. This is very good to me at least since I only use e-mail support and think that swift answers are important.
